Deze Single Malt Irish Whiskey is gerijpt in first fill Bourbon-vaten en heeft daarna een finish gehad in Quinta Da Boeira-portvaten. Smaak: De afdronk van het port cask is het zoetste van het aanbod, waarbij de geur van het gedroogde fruit er doorheen trekt. Aroma: Gedroogd fruit met kruidige tonen van nootmuskaat en zwarte peper. Vanille en toffee ook aanwezig.
